What is brian hildebrand?

Brian Hildebrand, also known by his ring name "Mark Curtis," was a professional wrestling referee and manager. He was born on January 23, 1962, in Fairmont, West Virginia. Hildebrand began his career in wrestling in the late 1980s and worked for various promotions, including World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and Smoky Mountain Wrestling.

Hildebrand was known for his distinctive appearance, as he suffered from cancer as a child, which stunted his growth and left him with a hunched back. Despite his physical limitations, Hildebrand was respected in the wrestling industry for his dedication and professionalism.

Throughout his career, Hildebrand worked with top wrestlers and was involved in many memorable matches. He also had success as a manager, guiding wrestlers to championship victories.

Sadly, Hildebrand passed away on September 8, 1999, at the age of 37, after a long battle with stomach cancer. He was posthumously inducted into the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Fame in 2018 in recognition of his contributions to the wrestling industry.
